Many of our clients prefer to travel individually or with travel companions of their choice. These itineraries are also good for family groups, or groups that share a common interest. In such cases, a group or family could book one of our featured group tours exclusively for themselves, subject to price adjustments for alternative rooming configurations and group sizes.

We can also design tailored pre-or post- tour extensions for travelers joining a featured tour.

We have years of experience in working with our clients to offer our tailored service. We know our destination intimately, and our tailor made tours are run to the same high standards as our featured tours. Our local presence also means that we have the flexibility and knowledge to design your itinerary quickly and efficiently.

To help us ensure the smooth planning of your trip, we have set out some procedures below that will guide you through the process. Our registration form will also give us give us an initial idea of your requirements.

Initial enquiry and reply

When you fill out the registration form and email it to us, it will give us an idea of your requirements. We will then contact you with an initial itinerary and a price, together with your booking reference. Please remember to quote this booking reference on all future correspondence and enquiries.

Make a deposit or revise the initial itinerary

Once we have agreed the final itinerary and price, you then send us a deposit of US$500 for each participant on the tour. Payment of a deposit is confirmation that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by their provisions.

Confirm Reservations

After we have received your deposit, we will act immediately to secure confirmed land arrangement for your trip. You are responsible for making your own airline reservations before sending us your deposit. Acceptance of a deposit is not a guarantee that we can confirm all reservations, though usually we are able to do so.

However, please be aware that unless you send your deposit immediately after approving your itinerary, space may become unavailable between the time we initially formulate an itinerary and when we receive your deposit to confirm reservations. In the event we are unable to confirm land reservations according to the proposed itinerary, or otherwise to your satisfaction, we will refund all other moneys, which are not specifically non-refundable, deposits already advanced to local suppliers. Should you choose to cancel your trip for any reason, cancellation fees apply as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

After we receive your deposit you will be sent a pre-departure packet for your trip. This will include the following items which pertain to your trip:

Visa information

Health and immunization information

Destination background

Custom itinerary

Invoice

Detailed Traveller Information

Equipment or packing checklist

Other materials to help you plan and prepare for your trip

Of course, we make any ongoing changes in your itinerary as may be necessitated by changes in airline schedules, availability of alternative reservations when primary requests cannot be confirmed or for the addition of more individuals to the itinerary.

Itinerary Revisions

Should you or a member of your party wish to revise any aspect of the itinerary that has been confirmed, it may be possible to do so. If confirmation of changes is made, it may not be possible to change back to the original arrangement. Changes may lead to an increase in the price initially quoted.

Be as specific as possible

Use the registration form to tell us as accurately and completely as you can about what you would like to do. It is very easy working with us to design your custom trip. We have the experience and creativity to make reliable arrangements for you.
